5. Fees, Currency, and GST

All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise specified.

Fees are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable.

Payment is required in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the professional and preparatory nature of our services:

Fees are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced.

An engagement is considered commenced once payment is received and intake, onboarding, or preparatory work begins.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

results depend on the participant’s actions and business practices

RAW AND REAL LIMITED is not responsible for outcomes where a participant chooses not to implement the guidance, exercises, or recommended activities.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own professional conduct, prospecting activity, and business decisions.

16. Programme Access and Duration

Where a service is delivered as a time-limited programme, access to coaching sessions, materials, and programme support will be available only for the duration of that programme unless otherwise stated.

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and making use of programme resources within the allocated timeframe.

RAW AND REAL LIMITED is not required to extend programme access, reschedule missed sessions, or provide ongoing support beyond the agreed programme period unless explicitly agreed in writing.

17. Independent Business Status

Participants acknowledge that they operate as independent professionals or business operators.

Participation in any coaching or training programme does not create:

an employment relationship
a partnership
a joint venture
an agency relationship between the participant and RAW AND REAL LIMITED.

Participants remain solely responsible for:

their own business operations
compliance with all relevant industry regulations
professional standards and licensing requirements.
